By accessing and using FUTMania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
FUTMania provides automated trading services for EA Sports FIFA Ultimate Team. We are an independent third-party service and are not affiliated with Electronic Arts Inc.
By connecting an EA account to FUTMania, the user grants our system full permission to act on their behalf from that account. This authorization is limited strictly to the automated trading activities described in Section 4 and remains in effect for as long as the account is connected to the service.
Our system performs the following actions on the connected account within the EA Sports FC 27 web app:
No other actions are performed from the account on our part. All actions are fully automated by our software and configured specifically for trading on the account.
Coins earned through the service are shared between the user and FUTMania according to the TAX (commission rate) displayed in the user's personal dashboard. If a user accumulates outstanding commission debt, their account will be suspended on the service until the debt is settled.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
You can disconnect a connected EA account from the service at any time by pressing the Delete button in your personal dashboard.
The moment you press Delete, all trading on that account stops immediately and the account becomes inactive for trading on the service. A 24-hour countdown timer then begins.
Once the 24-hour timer expires, the account and its associated data are permanently erased from the service. The only records we keep in our database are those relating to the profit earned and the commission accrued on that account. If the same account is later added to the service again, these profit and commission records are automatically restored.
Any attempt to abuse or deceive the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes, among other things: attempting to cheat or manipulate the system, hacking or exploiting the service, and avoiding or circumventing payment of the accrued commission.
Users engaging in such behavior will have their accounts banned on our platform. FUTMania reserves the right to apply such bans at its sole discretion.
Trading in FIFA Ultimate Team involves risk, and results naturally fluctuate from day to day. By using the service, the user acknowledges and agrees that an account may occasionally close a trading day at a loss.
At the same time, accounts have consistently shown stable profit over longer periods, and short-term losses are a normal part of the trading process. We do not abandon or disconnect an account because of a single unprofitable day; trading continues under the account's configured strategy.
We do not guarantee any specific results or profits. Users should trade responsibly within their means.
FUTMania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
